Use this page to request deletion of your MatkaBook account and associated personal data.
Application Details
Important: Account deletion is permanent after verification. Deleted account data cannot be restored.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your MatkaBook account profile.
- Login or authentication information linked to the account.
- Saved addresses, cart, wishlist, and support details where applicable.
- Personal data linked to the account that is no longer required for legal, payment, delivery, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
What May Be Retained
Some order, payment, invoice, delivery, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or legal records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Retained records will be limited to what is necessary.
MatkaBook is an online shopping app for physical books and educational reading material. It does not provide gambling, betting, lottery, casino, fantasy sports, or real-money gaming services.
After receiving a verified request, MAMA567 will process account deletion within a reasonable period and may contact you if additional verification is required.
